The day to day operations for each Gaming Division (GD) is handled by GD's command staff. The Gaming Division command staff are made up of the Gaming Division Commander and and the secotr leaders from that club. Whilst Gaming Division Commanders are primary responsible for their clubs health and development GDCs work together on issues effecting the whole Organization. In effect the GDCs form a loose body responsible for the health of gaming within the Organization. With the creation of the NGL Program for New Gaming Divisions for the club we have the 'New Gaming Leaders'. The NGLs are Commanders of new Gaming Divisions to the DJO but dont hold full gaming Division Commander Status access. The NGLs are in effect 'GDCs in training' and with there clubs growth they raise in access levels until they have proven themselves as full GDCs. Both GDCs and NGLs report directly to the Commander in Chief XO and indirectly to the Commander in Chief. The DJO Administrative staff has a Command Staff that is comprised of the Chief of Staff (CoS) as well as the Top Personnel from that Administration (CoS XO and Division Directors). The Chief of Staff (CoS) is responsible for the Day to Day operations of the Administration and reports directly to the CnC XO and CnC. Club Leaders (GDC and NGL)
