Introduction

The Graphics Department is responsible for CREATING graphics like buttons, ribbons, logos and awards.

Requesting ribbons

Before requesting a graphic from us:
Please understand, we always try to do our best to finish all requests and produce a quality image as timely possible. If you would like to assist us with the creative process we would appriciate it if you could answer our questions concerning details for your request as quickly and as accurately as possible. This way we can spend our time doing what we do best, creating graphics.

What Graphics can be requested?

The Graphics Department is doing ribbons, logos, awards or buttons for all DJO pages.
We are not doing Graphics for private use, like Bioses or private offices. And we are not working on requests for any other site than DJO, except for BSC if necessary.
War ribbons for events that are hosted at BSC are requested by Logistics automatically. If you want to check if the ribbon for your war is already requested, see the Event Listing. If it is not on there please post a message on Logistics Comlink.
Ribbons for Tournies, even if they are hosted at BSC, need to be requested on Logistics Comlink.
Ribbons for Events that are not hosted at BSC can be requested on the Graphics Comlink.

Applying for Graphics Deputy

Graphics is accepting applications all the time. Whenever a new Deputy is needed the applications will be reviewed and a new Deputy will be chosen from them. Know that as Graphics deputy you will have to work with deadlines to produce graphics which have certain requirements. Be sure to read through the SoP before you apply so you know what your responsibilities are.

Be sure to include the following in your application:

Name

Of what Gaming Divisions you are member of

Days of Service

Programs you use for graphics

Contact data (ICQ, E-mail)

A paragraph about what you add to the graphics department

All applications should be send to the Chief and Chief XO of Graphics.
